Join MF Motion in 1 hour of dance cardio and an awesome playlist. This class is for ages 15+ and dance experience is recommended but not required! Come join in on this high vibe class, guaranteed to have you leaving sweaty and joyfully fulfilled!

Cancellation Policy

MF Motion has a no refund / credit system policy for drop ins. If you need to cancel your scheduled session, I would appreciate if you could please let me know an hour before class begins. If you are a card holder, there is a one time honor system.
