Since 2010, Madeline Fritz aka MF Motion has been known in the

Seacoast community of ME/NH for her uplifting dance cardio classes and self loving stretch flow offerings.

 

MF MOTION provides a variety of classes for every skill level from beginner to professional. Whether you are interested in getting back into movement or looking for a fun form of exercise, you will surely find a class that’s right for you.

Madeline was Zumba and Zumbatomic certified in 2009. Since then has been teaching throughout dance studios from Portsmouth, NH, Boston, MA and all the way to Stuart, FL. After studying dance education abroad in New Zealand, Madeline's love for teaching dance accelerated and soon after turned into her livelihood. MF continued to understand the magic of how movement can shed energetic blockages all while expressing oneself through the combination of movement, music and community..
